Stage 4 Coaching is designed primarily for men who want to improve their health and wellbeing, but are struggling to turn good intentions into lasting action.

Perhaps you have tried before. You know what healthy living looks like, but work, family responsibilities and other commitments keep pushing your own priorities down the list. Despite your best intentions, the same patterns keep repeating and the changes you want never seem to last.

You may be looking for a way to improve your sleep, manage stress more effectively, regain control of your weight, reduce your reliance on alcohol, or simply feel healthier and more energised.

Whatever your goal, coaching can help you understand what is getting in the way and create a realistic path forward.

What To Expect

At Stage 4 Coaching, we believe that people often possess more resources, strengths and solutions than they realise. Coaching helps uncover those resources, identify obstacles, and create a practical way forward that fits your life.

Sessions take place online via Zoom and are tailored to your individual circumstances and goals. To support reflection and self-discovery, coaching may include lifestyle medicine assessments, questionnaires and evidence-based self-reflection tools.

Coaching sessions are dynamic, reflective and motivational, strictly one-to-one and tailored to your needs.

Most progress happens between the sessions, so please allow at least one week between sessions, but no longer than one month, in order to maintain focus and flow.

All coaching is confidential, safe and non-judgemental.

Typical Coaching Roadmap

Introductory Conversation
A free 20-minute conversation to get to know each other, discuss what you would like to work on, and explore whether coaching is right for you. No obligation.

Five-Session Coaching Series
Five one-to-one coaching conversations, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. Sessions are typically spaced two to three weeks apart. This pace allows time for reflection and action between sessions, with the full series usually taking approximately two and a half to four months.

Continuation Coaching
Many clients find that once they begin thinking differently, new opportunities for growth emerge. After the initial five-session series, we can discuss whether further coaching would be valuable for you.

Investment
The price for the initial five-session series is £350 / €400.

If, after the first coaching session, you feel that coaching is not the right fit for you, simply let us know before the second session and you will receive a full refund.
